The 2026 CARIFTA Games, held in Grenada from 4–6 April, highlighted Bermuda’s strong representation across track and field. Competing against the Caribbean’s best, Bermuda’s athletes have delivered a series of impressive performances. Whilst the Track and Field events took place, the CARIFTA Swimming Championships were also being held in Martinique from 2-9 April.
