The Bermuda Police Service (BPS) can now confirm 15-year-old Siena Frankson, as the victim in the fatal road traffic collision which occurred around 7:44 p.m. on Saturday, February 14, just west of Stone Crusher Corner, Kindley Field Road, St. George’s.
