Two individuals, a 25-year-old man from Devonshire and a 51-year-old woman, appeared in Magistrates’ Court charged in connection with alleged unlawful carnal knowledge involving a girl under the age of 14. TNN News can not identify any of the persons for legal reasons. Both elected to have their cases heard in Magistrates’ Court.
